The Blue Dolfins, a Winter Park tradition since 1972, established a 501(c)(3) foundation to promote life-saving skills and health and wellness through swim instruction, camps, and accessible facilities. The foundation is committed to preventing drowning through swim education, fostering inclusivity, offering programs to all, regardless of background, ethnicity, or ability, and supporting athletes in pursuing higher education through scholarships.

When drowning is the number one cause of death for children under age 4, swimming is a must-have life skill. Our goal is to not only teach children to swim but to embrace it as a pleasurable lifetime activity promoting health and longevity.
