We suggest the following group: Fins

The Fins group is our beginning competition group where students are learning to master all 4 strokes - freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Fins also practice all the technical aspects of dives, turns, proper kicking, and finishes into the wall. Once the coach sees these skills are mastered, they are eligible to move up to our Junior Group.
